About
Cameron Lamb
they/them
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows for exploration of your identities, history, relationships, and more. I believe each person has a unique story and we all strive to have our story be heard and understood. The most important thing I can do as a therapist is to provide a space where clients can feel comfortable to be themselves and share that story. In order to achieve your goals, I'll provide the support and encouragement needed to help you through whatever obstacles or struggles you may be facing. People have worked with me to explore things like depression, anxiety, gender identity, grief/loss, life transitions, recovering from infidelity, and more.
My practice is firmly rooted in principles of social justice, feminist family therapy, and advocacy. Based on this foundation, I have sought out training in understanding and exploring the challenges, barriers, and discrimination impacting marginalized communities. I have worked with a wide array of clients and identities, including the LGBTQ community, nonmonogamous/polyam relationships, and those of various racial and ethnic backgrounds. Therapy should be free of shame and judgment and be a safe space for all. I believe that each and every person deserves to be seen, understood, supported, and celebrated for who they are.
